Ingredients
- 25 gm Almonds
- 25 gm Pistachios
- 50 gm Jiggery
- 100 gm Dried dates
- 100 gm Dried apricots
- 300 gm Rice
- ½ cup Olive oil
- Salt to taste
How to make Al Baik Rice
- Boil 300 gm rice until it’s prepared two third.
- In a separate pan boil almonds, dried seedless dates, pistachios, and dried apricots.
- In a pan add 1/2 cup of olive oil and saute dry fruits.
- Now add salt and rice for simmering 4-5 min until rice are fully prepared.
