Recipe: Bihari Kabab
Summary: Bihari Kabab, Loved by Pakistani’s and loved to be eaten with Paratha’s
Ingredients
- Mince Meat – 1kg
- Papaya – 6 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 6 tbsp
- Curry Powder – 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Turmuric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Minced Onion – 1 tbsp
- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Zeera Powder – 1 tsp
- Kawab Chini (CUBEB OIL) – pinch
- Basin (chick pea flour) – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in minced meat and marinate it for at-least 2 hours.
- Cook it on low flame till water absorbs.
- Add heated Oil in the Bihari Kabab when serving.
