Recipe: Bihari Kabab

Summary: Bihari Kabab, Loved by Pakistani’s and loved to be eaten with Paratha’s

Ingredients

  • Mince Meat – 1kg
  • Papaya – 6 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 6 tbsp
  • Curry Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli – 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmuric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Minced Onion – 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Zeera Powder – 1 tsp
  • Kawab Chini (CUBEB OIL) – pinch
  • Basin (chick pea flour) – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in minced meat and marinate it for at-least 2 hours.
  • Cook it on low flame till water absorbs.
  • Add heated Oil in the Bihari Kabab when serving.
