Bread Pakora ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bread
  • 1/2 kg Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Mango powder
  • Few Coriander Leaves
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

How to make Bread Pakora

  • Remove the potatoes skin of boiled water and mash them.
  • Break the bread slices into four pieces and soak in the milk.
  • Squeeze out the milk and add the crushed bread in the potatoes.
  • Now add all other ingredients and form into 4 long rolls.
  • In a hot oil deep fry.
  • Bread pakora is ready to serve with coriander mint chutney.
