Chicken Manchurian Ingredients

For Marination:

  • 1/2 kg Chicken breast
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 tablespoon Red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • A pinch of Black pepper
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 bowl Plain flour or as required

For Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon Red pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 300 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 cup Tomato ketchup
  • Green chilli to taste, chopped

How to make Chicken Manchurian

  • In a cube shapes cut the chicken breast, add chopped salt, red pepper, eggs and mix gently.
  • In the chicken add plain flour and well coat them.
  • Leave this mixture for 2-3 hours for marination.
  • Take less oil in a pan for frying chicken.
  • For Sauce:
  • In a pan pour 2 tablespoon oil and saute fry Garlic. Then add ketchup and cook for a while.
  • Now add chicken stock in this mixture and mix well.
  • Then add salt, sugar, vingegar and red pepper, cook for a while.
  • In the water dissolve cornflour and add this mixture in the sauce to thick the sauce.
  • Place chicken on the plate and pour sauce on chicken.
  • Chicken Manchurian is ready to serve, hot.

Cook Time: 15-20 minutes
