Chops Tikka Masala ingredients
- 1/2 kg Mutton chops
- 1 ground onion
- 3 Tomatoes, blended
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Garlic paste, heaped
- 1 tsp Ginger paste, heaped
- 1 tsp Green chillies, ground
- 1 tsp Dry fenugreek leaves
- 2 tbsp National tikka boti masala, heaped
- 2 tbsp cream
How to make Chops Tikka Masala
- For atleast one hour marinate chops with garlic and ginger paste, yogurt and tikka masala.
- In a pan heat oil and add ground onion paste, fry until golden brown.
- Now add marinated chops, blended tomatoes, green chillies and cook over medium heat until chops tender and gravy left thickness. At this stage, add cream
- Garnish mutton chops with chopped coriander.
