Ingredients
- 1/2 Cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 Carrot, finely shredded
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp White vinegar
How to make Coleslaw
- In a bowl add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, milk, caster sugar, white vinegar and mix them well.
- Pour this mixture over the carrot and cabbage then toss gently.
- Now season with black pepper and salt to taste.
