How to Make Dhoodi ka Halwa
Ingredients
- Bottle Gourd (kaddu/loki) peeled and grated – 1kg
- Sugar – 1/2kg
- Ghee – 2 cups
- Milk – 1kg
- Khoya – 1/2kg
- Nuts – for presentation
- Peel and shred Bottle Gourd into thin layers
- In water add shredded Bottle Gourd and cook till water is reduced
- Add Milk and let it dry
- Add sugar and Stir
- Heat Ghee in a wok
- Once heated pour it onto the Bottle Gourd mixture
- Use nuts for presentation
