Egg Patties ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Tomato
  • 3-4 Potatoes
  • 2-3 Green chillies
  • Oil
  • 1 small bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 small Onion
  • Salt to taste

How to make Egg Patties

  • Boil the carrots, peel, mash well as well as keep on one side.
  • Slice the onion, tomato along with green chilies very fine.
  • Rinse and chop the coriander leaves.
