- 4 Eggs boiled and cut into half
- 30o ml Mayonnaise
- Capers as desired
- Salad Leaves as desired
- Stoned black olives as desired
- Anchovies as desired
- Grated lemon zest as desired.
How to make egg salad
- On a plate arrange salad leaves. Over them place eggs and a spoon of mayonnise then scatter capers, anchovies, olives and lemon zest.
Egg salad is ready to serve.
