Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs boiled and cut into half
  • 30o ml Mayonnaise
  • Capers as desired
  • Salad Leaves as desired
  • Stoned black olives as desired
  • Anchovies as desired
  • Grated lemon zest as desired.

How to make egg salad

  • On a plate arrange salad leaves. Over them place eggs and a spoon of mayonnise then scatter capers, anchovies, olives and lemon zest.
  • Egg salad is ready to serve.
