Ingredients
- Carrot – 500grams
- Green Chillies – 100gms
- Ginger – 100gms
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Asafetida [hing] – 2 pinch grinded
- Salt – 4tsp
- Yellow mustered grinded – 4tsp
- Turmeric powder – 3tsp
- Red Chilli – 1tsp
Instructions
- Cut the carrots lengthwise.
- Cut green chilies lengthwise.
- Put oil in fry pan and heat it,turn off the burner.
- Put hing and turmeric powder.
- Mix with spoon.
- Add carrots,green chilies,ginger,salt,red chilies,yellow mustered and mix well.
- Fill the pickles in a jar.
- Stir and turn everyday for 3-4 days.
- Enjoy Gajar ka Achar
