Hyderabadi Chicken – Chef Gulzar Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 1-2 Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 8 to 10 Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1/2 cup Tamarind Paste
  • 1/2 bunch Green Coriander Chopped
  • 1/2 bunch Whole Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Crushed
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Seed
  • 1/2 tsp All Spice Powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to make Hyderabadi Chicken

  • In a bowl mix chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and then fry it.
  • Pour oil in another pan and cook tomatoes.
  • Now add mustard seeds, cumin, crushed red chili, salt, tamarind paste and all spice powder and saute.
  • Then add chicken and curry leaves and cook until chicken tender.
  • Add chicken in cream and cook for 1-2 min and dish out.
  • Hyderabadi chicken is ready to serve, garnish it with green coriander.

Cook Time: 40+mins
