Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken
- 1-2 Tomatoes, Chopped
- 8 to 10 Curry Leaves
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Tamarind Paste
- 1/2 bunch Green Coriander Chopped
- 1/2 bunch Whole Cumin
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Crushed
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seed
- 1/2 tsp All Spice Powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
How to make Hyderabadi Chicken
- In a bowl mix chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and then fry it.
- Pour oil in another pan and cook tomatoes.
- Now add mustard seeds, cumin, crushed red chili, salt, tamarind paste and all spice powder and saute.
- Then add chicken and curry leaves and cook until chicken tender.
- Add chicken in cream and cook for 1-2 min and dish out.

Hyderabadi chicken is ready to serve, garnish it with green coriander.
