Ingredients

For Lasagna

  • Boiled Lasagna strips
  • 1/2 kg Mince
  • 4-5 tomatoes puree
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian herb
  • Ajinomoto
  • Nutmeg powder
  • Cheese spread
  • Mozzarella cheese

For White Sauce:

  • 3 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3-1/2 tbsp Flour
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • Ajinomoto

How to make Lasagna

  • In a pan heat two tablespoons of oil and put meat in it for frying.
  • Now add some water, salt, paprika, black pepper, tomato puree, italian herbs, mushrooms, stir and let it prepare.
  • For white sauce:
  • Melt butter in a pan and add pepper, salt, ajinomoto, flour in it.
  • Remove from stove and slowly add milk altough strring.
  • Put back on stove and cook for few minutes.
  • In meanwhile grease baking dish.
  • Layers::: On baking dish place boiled pasta strips and sprinkle nutmeg powder, qeema and white sauce.
  • Repeat layers again and again but remember top layer must be lasagna strips.
  • On top of lasagna spread cheese, mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some nutmeg powder again.
  • Bake lasagna in oven for 20 min at 180 degrees.
  • Lasagna is ready to serve.

Prep Time: 30-35 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4-5 servings
