Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken mince
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 Tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 Eggs hard boiled
  • 4 Green chilies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp All spice
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1, 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1, 1/2 tsp Salt

How to make Murgh Kata Kat

  • In a large griddle pan heat oil.
  • Add cumin seeds, chopped onion and cook for five mins.
  • Now add chicken mince and cook for more 5 minutes then add chopped ginger and garlic paste and stir fry for 1 min.
  • Add tomatoes, chili powder and green chilies ( chopped ) and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Chop and mash mince and add tomatoes with metal spoon.
  • Add in yogurt, salt, and boiled eggs ( chopped and mash )
  • Now add all spices, coriander leaves, mint leaves.
  • Murgh Kata Kat is ready to serve hot.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 30-35 mins
yield: 2-4 servings
