Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken mince
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 Tomatoes, chopped
- 3 Eggs hard boiled
- 4 Green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp All spice
- 2 tbsp Ginger, chopped
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 1, 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1, 1/2 tsp Salt
How to make Murgh Kata Kat
- In a large griddle pan heat oil.
- Add cumin seeds, chopped onion and cook for five mins.
- Now add chicken mince and cook for more 5 minutes then add chopped ginger and garlic paste and stir fry for 1 min.
- Add tomatoes, chili powder and green chilies ( chopped ) and cook for 10 minutes.
- Chop and mash mince and add tomatoes with metal spoon.
- Add in yogurt, salt, and boiled eggs ( chopped and mash )
- Now add all spices, coriander leaves, mint leaves.
