zinger wrap ingredients
- 200 gm boneless Chicken
- 1 cup Potato chips or cornflakes
- 1 egg white
- 1 roti
- 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
- 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Oil as required for frying
- Lettuce leaves as required
- Salt to taste
How to make zinger wrap
- For at least 30 min marinate chicken with salt, red chilli, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic and ginger paste.
- In a frying pan heat oil.
- Add flour to the chicken and mix well.
- Now coat chicken pieces first in egg white and then into potatoes or cornflakes.
- Fry until golden brown. Now add chicken piece in a chappati roll and fill with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato ketchup.
