zinger wrap ingredients

  • 200 gm boneless Chicken
  • 1 cup Potato chips or cornflakes
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 roti
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Oil as required for frying
  • Lettuce leaves as required
  • Salt to taste

How to make zinger wrap

  • For at least 30 min marinate chicken with salt, red chilli, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic and ginger paste.
  • In a frying pan heat oil.
  • Add flour to the chicken and mix well.
  • Now coat chicken pieces first in egg white and then into potatoes or cornflakes.
  • Fry until golden brown. Now add chicken piece in a chappati roll and fill with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato ketchup.
  • zinger wrap is ready to serve, hot

Cook time: 20-25 mins
